Whether your Super Bowl party is large or small, these recipes are great options for your food spread. They’re tried and true favorites among my friends and family. Most of them take just a handful of common ingredients. All of them can be made quickly, on the fly when time is not in your favor.

5-Ingredient Veggie Cheese Balls

These creamy Veggie Cheese Balls are a simple appetizer that can made in a matter of minutes! Cream cheese is combined with sour cream, shredded cheese, and packaged dip mix and then rolled into bite-sized balls. Serve the balls as is or coat them in nuts or cheese; either way, they’re quite possibly one of the easiest appetizers of all time.

Black Bean & Corn Salsa

No Super Bowl party spread is complete without some kind of chip and dip action, right? This Black Bean and Corn Salsa packs a punch of flavor into one crave-inducing dish. Canned black beans and canned, frozen, or fresh corn give this salsa body and substance. Canned tomatoes with chiles give it a zip and zing of heat to the mix. The fresh tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro bring a brightness to the dish overall.

Whipped Ricotta & Goat Cheese Dip

This Whipped Ricotta and Goat Cheese Dip is a powerhouse appetizer that’s ridiculously simple to make. The dip is a mild, creamy mixture of cheeses flavored with Italian dressing mix and lemon juice. It’s great served with crackers or veggies. It can also used as a spread for finger sandwiches or pinwheels. And, if you have any left over, it can even be turned into a creamy sauce for pasta.

Fully Loaded Guacamole

Buttery, creamy mashed avocado is leveled up a bit in this Fully Loaded Guacamole. It’s infused with the fresh flavors of tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, sour cream, and a generous dash of Tajin seasoning. Seriously addictive, this guac is gonna have you dipping chip after chip after chip.

Tomato Bruschetta Crostini

Just because you’re throwing a casual Super Bowl party doesn’t mean you can’t drop in a lil’ fancy crostini into your spread. An easy and light appetizer, this Tomato Bruschetta Crostini is simple but devastatingly delicious. A classic combination of tomatoes, red onion (optional), garlic, and fresh basil piled high over toasted slices of Italian bread–all ready in about 20 minutes!

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

There’s no need to turn on the oven for this easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus! Sweet red bell peppers are charred over an open flame for this recipe. The black-speckled beauties are puréed in a food processor with chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and spices to create a creamy hummus.

“Lazy Girl” Salted Caramel Brownies

Homemade brownies are great, but I’ll never get over the simplicity of a boxed brownie. If you’ve got a box, pick up caramel dip from the grocery store and make these Salted Caramel Brownies. They’re fudgy with ribbons of ooey, gooey caramel and a pop of salty goodness. But proceed with caution–these brownies dangerously delicious!

Apple Butter Oatmeal Cookies

These Apple Butter Oatmeal Cookies are the perfect balance between an oatmeal cookie and a slice of warm apple pie. Apple butter gets mixed into a traditional oatmeal cookie dough to create a cookie that’s soft on the inside, a little crispy around the edges, and melts in your mouth with each bite.
